The app works offline and syncs logs when you’re back online. The device continues to log doses and send reminders via your phone’s Bluetooth even when there is no Wi‑Fi, so you can stick to your regimen on flights or vacations.

For active lifestyles, MediSync offers customized schedules that keep routines intact. If you miss a dose on the road, the container locks until you confirm it. The device doesn’t automatically adjust to new time zones, so when travelling across time zones you should either maintain your original schedule or manually update the times in the app.
