At NoordWell, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, we’re here to help. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you are also entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law. This allows you to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. See section 6 below for full details.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

  • It must include all accessories, manuals, and inserts.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at info@noordwell.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your request is approved:

  • We will send you a return shipping label and return instructions.

  • Return parcels must be sent to:

Important: Do not send items back without first contacting us. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.


4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (not what you ordered)

Contact us immediately at info@noordwell.com. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.


5. Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened personal care items

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants)

  • Custom-made or personalised products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”

6. European Union – Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If your item was delivered to an address within the EU, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days for any reason.

To exercise this right:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • Return it within a reasonable time thereafter.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

This right applies regardless of whether the product is faulty, and you are entitled to a full refund, including standard delivery costs.


7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning it first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.


8. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at info@noordwell.com.
