Welcome to NoordWell. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By visiting our site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Overview

The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to NoordWell, a company registered in the Netherlands. We operate the online store at www.noordwell.com and provide products including the MediSync device, as well as supporting services and content (the “Services”).

Our website is hosted by Shopify Inc., who provide the ecommerce platform that enables us to sell our products to you.

2. Account & Access

To use the Services or make purchases, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)

  • Provide accurate, complete information

  • Keep your account credentials secure

You are responsible for any activity on your account. You may not assign or transfer your account to others without our consent.

3. Our Products

We strive to represent products accurately but cannot guarantee colours or product visuals will perfectly match what is shown on your device. All descriptions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit sales by region or customer.

MediSync is a consumer reminder device. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always follow professional medical advice.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Orders are subject to acceptance by NoordWell. We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

You are responsible for reviewing your order before checkout. Your order is subject to our Refund Policy.

All purchases are for personal use only and not for resale.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT, unless otherwise noted. Shipping and handling costs are shown at checkout.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate payment details

  • Authorise charges to your selected payment method

  • Pay all applicable fees

Prices may change without notice. Promotional prices are valid for limited times only.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship orders within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss transfers to you once we hand over your order to the shipping carrier. We are not liable for delays due to customs, courier issues, or other events beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site – including logos, graphics, text, videos, and product designs – is the intellectual property of NoordWell or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or exploit our content without written permission.

“MediSync” and “NoordWell” are registered or unregistered trademarks of NoordWell.

8. Third-Party Services

We may provide access to third-party tools or links to other websites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability.

Using third-party tools or services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Feedback

Any suggestions, reviews, or content submitted to us may be used by NoordWell to improve our products and services. By submitting feedback, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual licence to use and display your submission in any format.

We may moderate or remove content that we deem inappropriate.

MediSync is not a substitute for professional healthcare advice or treatment.

To the extent permitted by law, NoordWell will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NoordWell, our affiliates, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
