Shipping policy

At NoordWell, we aim to deliver your order quickly, reliably, and with full transparency. This Shipping Policy outlines our fulfilment process, delivery timeframes, shipping regions, and related terms.


1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), from the date of purchase.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number if available.


2. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Netherlands (domestic)

  • All countries within the European Union

  • United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland

  • Selected international destinations (see checkout for availability)

3. Delivery Time Estimates

Below are typical delivery time estimates after dispatch:

Rest of EU 3–5 business days
UK, Norway, Switzerland 4–7 business days
International 7–14 business days

Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier, customs processing, and external events.


4. Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders within the Netherlands and EU over €50

  • Express Shipping (optional): Available at checkout for an additional fee

  • International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

Shipping costs, if any, will be clearly shown before payment during checkout.


5. Carriers

We work with trusted courier services including PostNL, DHL, UPS, and others depending on your region. Your confirmation email will include a tracking link when available.


6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside the EU (e.g. to the UK, Norway, or other international destinations), customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.


7. Failed Deliveries & Address Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of order.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

  • If the parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us for support.


8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date (or estimated delivery date).

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
