The part of your day you shouldn’t have to remember

MediSync keeps your medications, vitamins and supplements on schedule — on your phone and on your wrist. Set the times once, and the app carries the rest: reminders that follow up, a history that builds itself, and family who can see you’re okay without having to ask.

Apple Watch and Wear OS included · free for 7 days · free for good with a MediSync container

One screen, one glance

Did I already take that?

The question this app exists to answer. Open MediSync and today is already counted: how much of it you’ve taken, how long the run is, and a week of dots under each medication so a slip is obvious at a glance instead of buried in a log.

  • A ring for today, a streak for the habit, a percentage for each medication
  • Green, amber and red dots for the last seven days — no chart to interpret
  • Tap any dot to see the time it was actually taken, and fix one that was logged wrong
The MediSync home screen: today’s adherence ring, a five-day streak, and a card per medication with a week of dots
Reminders that follow up

Most apps stop at the notification

A reminder you swipe away at a red light is a reminder you never acted on. MediSync sends the first nudge at the dose time, then checks whether anything actually happened — and asks again if it didn’t.

  • Taken or Snooze straight from the lock screen, without opening the app
  • Send the reminder a few minutes early, on time, or as a follow-up — per medication
  • A Live Activity counts down the next dose while it’s close, and lives in the Dynamic Island

On your wrist

The watch app is the whole app, at the moment you need it

Included at no extra cost on Apple Watch and Wear OS. The reminder arrives on your wrist and you deal with it there — mark it taken, or snooze it — and the phone can stay in your pocket. Add the complication and your next dose sits on the watch face all day.

  • Today’s doses in order, with a running count of what’s done
  • Mark as taken and Snooze 10 min, right on the notification
  • Complications in four styles — circular, corner, inline and rectangular
  • A dose logged on the watch syncs back to the phone, and to anyone caring for you

Why it sticks

A streak is a better argument than a reminder

Nobody keeps taking their tablets because an app told them to. They keep going because they can see the run they’d be breaking. Every dose extends it; the week fills in in front of you; the next milestone is always close enough to be worth reaching.

  • Your current run and your personal best, side by side
  • Milestones at 3, 7, 14 and 30 days — small enough to actually hit
  • This week laid out as seven marks, so a gap is a fact rather than a feeling
The streak screen: a five-day streak, a personal best of twelve days, this week’s marks and the next milestones
Family, on your terms

Let someone see you’re okay without the daily phone call

Invite a son, a daughter, a partner. They see the medications and whether today went well, and they get a quiet alert when a dose is actually missed — not a feed to keep up with. They can look; they can’t change anything.

  • Send an invite by message, WhatsApp or email — they tap it and they’re in
  • Viewing only: caregivers can’t edit the schedule or the history
  • One tap to send a reminder when something has been missed
  • More than one person can follow the same routine, and access is removed in a tap

The answer on the home screen, no app required

Most of the time you only need one fact: what’s next, and whether you’re on track. Both fit in a widget, so the app stays closed and the routine still works.

  • Today’s adherence, your streak, or a single medication — small or medium
  • Lock-screen widgets too: circular, rectangular and inline
  • Mark a dose taken from the widget itself

The details that decide whether you keep using it

Widgets and the Dynamic Island

Today’s adherence or a single medication, on the home screen and the lock screen. A dose that’s due shows up in the Dynamic Island while it’s live.

Built for older eyes

Large type, high contrast and full VoiceOver support throughout — not a settings toggle bolted on at the end.

Six languages

English, German, Spanish, French, Italian and Dutch, including every reminder and every alert a caregiver receives.

A history you can hand over

Per-medication adherence builds itself from the doses you log, so there’s something concrete to show at the next appointment.

Your data stays yours

Encrypted on the device, in transit and in the cloud. No cameras, no microphones, and nothing sold to advertisers or drug companies.

The container, if you want it

Pair the optional MediSync container over Bluetooth and opening the lid logs the dose by itself. The app then costs nothing, ever.

Free to start

Set up your first medication in about a minute

Nothing to buy, nothing to plug in. Download it, add the one medication you keep forgetting, and see whether tomorrow morning goes better.

Screens shown are the MediSync app filled with sample data — the names and medications are invented.
